Yoga instructors who have graduated from 200 hours, 300 hours, and Pilates instructors who wish to explore and cultivate more in-depth knowledge about MOVEMENT FOR WOMEN BEFORE AND POST-BIRTH, improve their professional qualifications and practice skills. ability to go further on the teaching path.
WHAT WILL YOU GET IN THE COURSE?
????A collection of exercise series for pre- and postpartum women, combining Yoga/Pilates/Massage
???? Knowledge about women’s psychology and emotions during pregnancy (especially important and specific factors that directly affect the training process)
????Specialized exercises for women during pregnancy and after giving birth help improve health and support safe birth.
Breathing and meditation techniques help balance hormones and relieve stress for women during this challenging time.
????Most importantly, being able to pass on the extremely valuable experiences that Ms. Ory has accumulated through more than 2 decades of teaching and training as a mother of 4 healthy, lovely children.

– Teaching assistant for prenatal classes: 4H, postpartum classes: 2H. Total: 6H

????Preferential tuition paid before December 15, 2023
– 21.6 million for those who have graduated from Yoga/Pilates teacher training courses at Zenith.
– 24 million for those who are not students or students of training courses at Zenith
