My passion for movement started with Yoga for over 6 years. After advancing my practice by participating in several workshops hosted by internationally recognized Yoga instructors, I accidentally got to know about Yogalates (the blend of Yoga and Pilates) in Hanoi. As quite a long-time Yoga practitioner, my yearning for correct alignment and more control in my Yoga practice got me completely drawn to a Yogalates teacher training course in a local studio. I finished the training right before the Covid19 second wave in Vietnam. And my financial instabilities manipulated me into looking for a desk job that did not suit my values and interests. Fortunately after nearly a year of depression and self-doubts, I gradually regained the trust in my self-awareness and decided to spend time only on what is true to myself. This time I took my contemplation deeper and seriously embarked on a new journey with movement teaching. Thanks to the Pilates Foundation courses certified by Body & Flow at Zenith, with its science-driven approach to movement education, professional trainers, opportunities for continuing education and industry expertise, I gradually reached new heights professionally and personally. Now, not only do I practice Yoga, but I also fell deeply in love with Pilates as itself, with its precision, control and myriad functional benefits. I love seeing people step back from daily hustles, prioritize self-care, be fascinated with moving their body everyday and learn to live more mindfully. From what I learnt as a past English teacher for children, I always try to be humble and stay curious to provide science-based, detail-oriented, lively and creative classes for everyone.
