Being a pioneer in bringing the Yoga practice of alignment based on Iyengar to Vietnam, we are proud to bring you the BASIC YOGA ONLINE course to help you maintain and develop your Yoga self-practice at home.

One of Iyengar’s greatest gifts was his detailed use of props and variations of asanas to support practitioners as they learn, step by step, to achieve the pose. Understanding each movement by micro-movement enables the practitioner to meet the challenges of each pose. Once the poses are understood and mastered in this way, they can be practiced without the use of props to work through the challenges inherent in each pose.

Safety foundation

The course consists of 7 episodes (around 2 hours each) which cover the foundation poses in categories, including: standing postures, forward bends, back bends, inversions, twists, restorative and fundamental sequences.
Each episode will include an explanation and overview of the Yoga pose type, common mistakes and misalignments you might meet on the mat. It’s the perfect preparation if you love something something teacher training, but also if you want to deepen your knowledge.

Therapy foundation

 

The course consists of 9 episodes (around 3 hours each) which covering treatment methods for 9 common issues in our body  in categories, including: Headaches, Neck,Shoulders, Scoliosis, Wrists, Lower Back, Quadratus Lumborum (QL Muscles),Knees, Anxiety & Stress Relief
Each episode will include an explanation and overview of the Yoga pose type, common mistakes and misalignments you might meet on the mat. The SPECIAL course is suitable for teachers who are interested in applying Yoga Therapy for their students/fellow practitioners as well as who are considering to register for the 300H ADVANCED YOGA & THERAPY COURSE at Zenith Hanoi. Yogis who wish to learn more about therapy for self-healing should consider our 200h FOUNDATIONAL Yoga course to understand the Iyengar Yoga method at Zenith Hanoi before taking this therapy course.

PROPS FOUNDATION

5 YOGA PROPS FOR SAFE YOGA PRACTICE & YOGA THERAPY – Experience different EXCELLENCE of each prop and how to use them for the practice based on Iyengar Yoga.
Each topic includes: Instructions on HOW TO CHOOSE and HOW TO USE PROPS in 5 groups of Yoga poses, including standings, forward bends, backbends, inversions, and restoratives, PRACTICING advanced poses with the support of Yoga props, ENHANCING your self-practice and your teaching by deepening the “knowledge” in each pose, TIPS to find comfortness holding a long pose.

YOGA WITH ROPE

 

The course consists of 15 parts (total 4 hours each) which covering treatment methods for issues including: History, benefits, How to setup and practice Rope safety & effectivelly
The SPECIAL course is suitable for teachers who are interested in applying Yoga Therapy for their students/fellow practitioners as well as who are considering to register for the 300H ADVANCED YOGA & THERAPY COURSE at Zenith Hanoi.
