REIKI
REIKI is a Japanese technique based on the scientifically proven premise that there is a universal life energy in all living things. The Usui System of Reiki healing applies this energy through touch for healing.
A Reiki practitioner places his or her hands on or near the client’s body and transmits high frequency energy into their client to correct imbalances in the body. Reiki works in harmony with all other forms of healing and is now regularly used in hospitals and clinics.
Reiki Therapy can:
- help decrease pain, accelerate the healing time of bones and wounds, relax muscles and diminish the tissue involvement of burns and bruises
- help to reduce the negative side effects of treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation
- ease the symptoms of many physical conditions like colds, flu, bee stings, even heart disease
- generate deep relaxation and is an effective treatment to reduce anxiety.
CLAIRE HOLBEIN
Reiki and Energy Practitioner
“I started my journey with Energy Healing in 2017, with my first Reiki certification, at the same time as I was training to become a Yoga Teacher. Since then I have never stopped learning. And today I have Reiki 3 certification and I love working with Chakras and Crystal healing.
I love to build sequences blending yoga and energy healing to create a full mind and body workout.
I have always been interested in strategies for resilience: yoga practice with its philosophy, pranamaya (breathing), asanas and mantras; Reiki, writing for healing, drawing and music therapies; and they continue to be a driving force behind my work.”
