300H THERAPY YOGA COURSES
Apply Yoga into therapy & advanced practice.
This 300-hour Yoga Therapy Training is a journey into the intelligence of the body and the art of healing through yoga. Designed for dedicated teachers and long term practitioners, this course blends modern anatomical understanding with the depth of traditional yoga.
You will learn not only what to teach, but how to see — to understand patterns, decode pain, and respond with clarity and confidence.
Through hands-on practice, therapeutic sequencing, and refined use of props, you will gain tools to support students with real conditions — from back pain and joint injuries to deeper functional imbalances.
But beyond techniques, this training invites something more:
- understand pain, not just treat it
- see the body with clarity and intelligence
- support both physical injuries and emotional challenges
- a deeper listening
- a more intuitive teaching
- a grounded, compassionate presence
